We currently only ship within Canada.

New orders will be on hold for 48 hours after the purchase order has been completed. After that period, all orders not paid will be cancelled and brand new orders would have to be processed.

There will be refunds if your package is lost or stolen due to the couriers fault. We will do an investigation before replacing any lost or stolen packages (can take up to 30 days). Please ensure all your shipping information is correct! Thanks.

Canada Post may have accidentally shipped your package to the wrong address. If you haven’t received it within 2 business days, contact us and we will contact Canada Post to get information. Canada Post may start an investigation, and this can take up to 5 business days. If package has been found, it may take 2 days for your order to be delivered.
